Since the Fund for Public Health NYC's founding in 2002, the Fund has been a trusted partner of the NYC Health Department. Our unique public-private model combines the power and scale of the Health Department with the agility and administrative expertise of the Fund to accelerate the startup and launch of public health initiatives. The most promising ideas of leading public health experts and clinicians - including ones working to improve the health of new mothers and their children, better manage chronic diseases, and confront the opioid epidemic - are realized through the Health Department's partnership with the Fund.
